Can my Tree Spinner be left outside all year?

Tree spinners are made from lead and glass and are very hard wearing. They are suitable for outdoor use all year round. Please take care with placement and check they cannot be blown into a branch or object in the wind. They will need occasional cleaning as the weather will dull the lead over time. Wipe with a damp cloth and buff to restore shine. See more information about cleaning in the information section below.

Its made with lead, is that safe to have in a home?

Many houses have traditional stained glass windows made with lead, so yes it is safe to have in homes. It is wise to take precautions such as washing hands if you have handled the lead, say when you have cleaned it. It would also be wise to keep out of reach of children, obviously it is also made with glass, so precautions should be considered all round, common sense is the key thing.

What countries do you ship to?

I currently only ship within the UK.

At this time I do not ship to the EU, this is due to the new GPSR legislation that means many small businesses can no longer ship to the EU without engaging a very costly process.

What is your return policy?

If you need to return an item please get in contact via the contacts page  to start the process. You can return your item up to 30 days after purchase, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a fault, in that case please email me.

Personalised items cannot be returned. You will be sent an email with an image of your item for approval to check you are happy before dispatch. See the information section below for more details regarding returns.

When will my items be sent?

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, I aim to ship all orders within 2 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Delivery will be 2 - 4 days on average from dispatch. Please see the information section below for more details on specific postal prices.

What are your postage costs?

Postage will differ with the item being sent. Some of my products are small and light, and some large, fragile and heavy. Postage costs will be made clear when completing your order. Please see the information section below for more details regarding postage.

Where are your products made?

Everything in my store is handmade in my studio in Surrey. Often products are 'one offs', this is especially true about the fused glass jewellery, where no two pieces are the same. The stained glass products are also highly individual, as there will be slight variations in the glass from piece to piece. Stained glass can often have bubbles and making marks on the glass, these are not considered flaws but we feel add to the character and individuality of each piece.
