Returns

If change your mind about an item, you have 30 days to return your product.

To start the return process, please first email me through the contacts page.

It must be in the original packaging and original condition. You are responsible for the return postage. I highly recommend sending it via a traceable courier, as I cannot refund/exchange if the item goes missing in transit.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a fault, in that case please email me.

Personalised items cannot be returned. You will be sent an email with an image of your item for approval to check you are happy before dispatch.
